Veterans Line is the after hours crisis counselling service provided by the VVCS - Veterans and Veterans Families Counselling Service. The service is designed to assist veterans and their families in coping with crisis situations outside of VVCS office hours. Counselling is provided free of charge to Australian veterans from all conflicts and peacekeeping operations, their partners and widows, sons and daughters, eligible ADF personnel. Clients do not require a veterans entitlement card to use Veterans Line.
